It does not represent the legal interests, nor is it an official publication of the Quabbin Estates Condiminium Association or sponsored by the Board of Trustees.
The neighborhood entrance is on the west side of Mountain Street East at Cobblestone Lane, just north of the Worcester Islamic Center and south of the Salem Covenant Church.
The condos have 2 or 3 bedrooms, some with an attached garage, all with off street parking. Residents also have access to a neighborhood pool and community clubhouse. All units are owner occupied, rentals are not permitted.
